MARCH NEW STARTERS

We would like to offer a big KB welcome to our newest team members Joe Harrap and George Gibbs.

Joe has joined our Engineering and Manufacturing team as a Senior Consultant specialising within the food manufacturing industry. Joe extends our service even further now offering our manufacturing clients a one-stop shop from recruiting for the factory floor to sourcing key technical senior members to the boardroom.

Justin Reynolds said ‘We are really pleased to welcome Joe to the Engineering and Manufacturing team. Joe is joining at a busy, exciting and successful time for us and his experience within Food Manufacturing aligns perfectly with the other sectors we currently work in. Joe shares the same values as myself and Kingston Barnes and him joining the team will not only benefit us but also, we can help him fulfil his potential. I can only see him being a part of our journey moving forward and am keen to see what he can do in 2019!’

George is joining our Trades and Labour team as a Resourcer. George has joined us as the youngest member of the office and is starting his career straight from school doing a recruitment apprenticeship with us.  We believe offering apprenticeships is a great way of introducing new talent into the industry. We are all really excited to have George on board and look forward to help him developing his skills.

Our MD James Kingston said “I’m so excited to be bringing new talent into the business. Investing long term in not only George’s career but the sector too. Apprentices are so key to ensuring the future generations are being trained and educated to recruit to the highest standards with best practice and building relationships at the core. George possess all the key values we care about at KB so we all have high hopes for him.”
