Kat is the Operations & Finance Manager for Kingston Barnes. Managing the Support team, she ensures that the business runs smoothly and efficiently. Kat is the operational support for the business ensuring payroll, credit control, quality and compliance is always excellent. Joining in 2017, Kat has been a pivotal part of the business and helped shape Kingston Barnes to achieve our business objectives and vision.
Kathryn Westwood – Operations and Finance Manager
Anna is our Payroll Manager, responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring both accuracy and compliance with tax regulations. With over 10 years of experience, she recognizes the importance of her role and is committed to delivering exceptional service. Her expertise helps maintain efficient operations and strengthens relationships with both clients and candidates.
Anna Silverwell – Payroll Manager
Rachel is our Office Administrator, working closely with Kat and Anna to support the entire business and keep daily operations running smoothly. Her role includes preparing contracts for new starters, acting as the first point of contact, managing compliance tasks, supporting reporting, and assisting with payroll. Through a proactive approach with attention to detail, Rachel ensures the business operates efficiently and continues to meet its vision and objectives.
Rachel Evans – Office Administrator
Kate was the first person to join Kingston Barnes and is an expert in permanent recruitment for our construction team. With previous experience in the construction industry and 17 years working in recruitment, Kate enjoys recruiting for a wide variety of clients ranging from regional contractors, residential developers and specialist sub-contractors. Kate prides herself in knowing the sector inside out and offering a first-class service to both candidates and clients.
Kate Hallett – Associate Director & Head of Construction
Chris has over 20 years’ experience in the construction recruitment industry and manages the M&E sector at Kingston Barnes. Chris is a firm believer that honesty and excellent customer service are the fundamental aspects of what an agency should provide. Chris works with a variety of Electrical & Mechanical contractors recruiting white- and blue-collar construction staff throughout the UK.
Chris Hallum –Associate – Head of Trades & Labour and M&E
Chris has 20+ years of experience in the Construction recruitment sector and has forged many strong relationships in this period of time. He has an honest and professional approach to recruitment and gains repeat business with a large of his clients.
In his spare time Chris has a 6 year old daughter, Zara, a keen interest in all sports (his golf needs some work!), and is a bit of a maths geek!
