Kingston Barnes have had a storming first quarter and are pleased to announce a multitude of celebrations in April

5,4,3,2,1….. Happy Anniversary!

April is a month to celebrate as we are thrilled to recognise 5 anniversaries for our team being a part of the Kingston Barnes family this week.

Principal Consultant, Chris Hallum said: “I’ve really enjoyed my first 2 years at KB. It has flown by! We have a great team here and everyone feels really excited about our 2022 vision and what the future holds”.

Associate Director, Chris Johnston said: “In my three years at Kingston Barnes I’ve seen us grow from a small agency to an award-winning market leader, with a brand-new office in a much sought-after location on Queen Square. We’ve doubled in size since I’ve joined and look forward to seeing what the next three years brings”.

Promotion Time!

Double Congratulations to Ben Williams and Dan Peace on their promotions to Consultants!

Both Ben and Dan joined Kingston Barnes in 2016 within a month of each other, neither had ever worked in recruitment before so were both starting with a blank canvass with a big challenge of learning the trade and the industries they specialise in.

Our MD James Kingston said “I couldn’t be happier to celebrate both Ben and Dan’s promotion. They have both over the last 2 ½ years worked so hard from stepping into recruitment as resourcer’s to now having the skills and ability to ensure they can autonomously offer a first-class service we pride ourselves on. Well done gents thoroughly deserved, cheers”.

Celebrating a Record 1st Quarter!

The Kingston Barnes Team enjoyed celebrating our best ever QTR1 by taking part in some special team building – Locked in a Room, followed by well-deserved dinner and drinks to follow.

Our Associate Director, Chris Johnston said;

“With talks of recession coming back and Brexit looming, for Kingston Barnes to smash their Q1 Budget is no mean feat. It’s a testament to the hard work put in by the consultants and because of this we celebrated in style. The whole office enjoyed “locked in a room” and it was our Construction Perm team who won a bottle of champagne for escaping first. Whilst the losing Engineering team had to do the forfeit of Tequila shots! A great time was had by all, and we look forward to rewarding and celebrating more success throughout the rest of 2019”
