Today we welcome Sam Rees to the Driving & Logistics division and I couldn’t be more excited.
It’s taken us six months to find the right person with the right values, and Sam is exactly that. A passionate recruiter who genuinely cares about doing recruitment properly — building real relationships, delivering quality, and going the extra mile (pun absolutely intended).
Sam joins forces with Molly Lumsden, helping us take the division into the fast lane as we expand further across Wales and the South West. With record headcount levels and our key accounts shifting up a gear this year, the timing couldn’t be better.
This has been a record-breaking year for our Industrial & Driving team. Watching Molly and Romana step up, lead from the front, and keep everyone driving in the same direction has been something special.
The only slight bump in the road?
Sam is a massive Swansea City fan… and I’m a huge Bristol City fan. With our first clash of the season this weekend, things could get a bit… bumpy in the office. 😅
(But we’ll steer through it. Probably.)
