We’re thrilled to officially announce that after completing his final year at Uni in Business Management, Ben Critchley is back at KB! Ben will be joining the dream team as Senior Resourcer in the Engineering & Manufacturing team alongside Justin Reynolds, Dan Peace, Samuel Bishop, Josh Hoyle, Joshua Bedingfield, Milo Ayres & Oliver Haines ⚙

Here’s what Justin (Head of Engineering & Manufacturing) had to say:

‘’I am delighted to welcome Ben to the Engineering and Manufacturing team. Whilst working for the Construction team on his placement year with Kingston Barnes, I was always impressed with Ben’s work ethic, attitude and values, and felt he could have a fantastic future in recruitment if he wanted to. We always left the door for him to come back to KB once his completed his degree, and I am delighted he has now decided that this was the option he was most excited about taking and we are over the moon to have him back. As the team has had yet another record breaking we were looking for someone to join and the fit made perfect sense from all sides. Ben will start with us as a Senior Resourcer helping us find the best talent in the Engineering and Manufacturing marketplace for our key clients and I am excited to see how his career develops’’
