Kingston Barnes’s growth continues with grand opening of new office in Queen Square!
Multi-award winning Bristol Construction & Engineering recruitment consultancy Kingston Barnes has revealed their new office at 40 Queen Square, Bristol.
The Bristol business started in 2013 and was founded by Managing Director James Kingston after spending 12 years in construction recruitment finding the industries best talent for leading contractors, developers and consultancies.
In under 5 years the business has expanded its services to cover temporary and permanent recruitment within all sectors of the built environment and also technical engineering. Staff head count has grown from 1 to just under 20 employee’s and turnover now closely approaching £5m! The growth minded recruitment consultancy is now the largest construction recruiter in Bristol and they are on track for their 2020 vision of becoming the largest recruiter in the South-West.
As part of their expansion plans Kingston Barnes revealed their inspiring new offices on 1st September where guests enjoyed champagne, canapés and for entertainment their very own casino!

The new 2000+ sq ft office has everything you’d expect from a modern company committed to offering a great working environment. Fantastic views over Bristol Harbour, a grand reception entrance, breakout room with football table, multiple meeting rooms with impressive company branding and the sales floor has a quote wall for even more inspiration. The new office boasts several televisions where the team can share their successes throughout the day. 40 Queen Square has also undergone an extensive refurbishment with new improvements including the addition of several new showers, lockers and vertical bike storage which the majority of the team use daily!
