An exciting opportunity has arisen to join my client, a specialist geoscientific and waste management consultancy, for an Administrator to join them.
Due to an increase in workload they are looking for an Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. Ideally you will have knowledge of the construction process and be in a similar role. The position requires full administration support to the team of technicians and the Managing Director, typical duties include:
- Creating invoices
- Chasing invoice payments
- Social media management
- Travel organisation
- Answering queries
- General administration support
- Answering the phones
- Chasing leads & take enquiry information
- Document Control
This position is extremely flexible and offers both working from home, the office or a hybrid pattern of both. It is a permanent position over 5 days offering part time hours, ideally 9.30am-2.30pm each day, suiting someone looking to work around school hours.
In order to be considered for this role you must be a highly organised individual with the ability to get your teeth into a number of different tasks and enjoy being kept busy!
