Technical Advisor in Avonmouth

The Company:
A successful specialist company leading within the manufacturing of construction materials. They currently operate in many different countries and are on of the UK’s market leaders. They have a great reputation as a result of the sustainability and quality of their products. After experiencing rapid growth, they are looking to expand their team.
The Role:
The primary requirement will be to answer any questions or queries the company’ customers may have. This candidate must also be confident and friendly on the phone to provide excellent customer service that matches the quality of the company’s products. This candidate must have an engineering/construction/manufacturing background and be able understand the manufacturing processes and products.
The Requirements:
- Would suit someone from either a Technical Construction background who wants an office job, can learn AutoCAD/Or AN AutoCAD Technician who can learn the technical advisor side
- Computer Literate (AutoCAD ideally, not essential)
- Technical experience
- Ability to interoperate Engineering drawings
- Confident on the phone
