Then reach out! Kingston Barnes is now recruiting for an exciting position for one of our clients working within the Bristol area. The successful candidate will undertake an important role within the business assisting the smooth operation of the service department.

 

The Company:

A niche company specialising in the sale, distribution, installation and maintenance of Air Compressor Systems. The company’s products apply to a variety of Engineering related industries and they have a solid customer base. They have steadily grown over the last few years and are now looking to take on a Service Support Administrator to assist with the running of the Service Department.

The Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the service department. Key responsibilities include:

  • Arranging service/breakdown repair visits for the engineers
  • Pricing new business
  • Taking bookings and organising for the engineers
  • Ordering parts to ensure engineers have the right equipment
  • Checking workshop stock
  • Inputting data (Emir, Microsoft)

This role needs someone who is meticulous and organised with great communication skills. You will be using the EMIR software; any previous experience is highly desirable.
