My client based in BS3 area are looking to employ a office administrator / receptionist on a permanent basis.

The role will primarily be greeting visitors and managing incoming calls, booking in deliveries, and to ensure the business objectives and customer needs are met.

Location: BS3

Pay: 22.000

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday

Hours: 08:00 – 17:00

Duties will include:

  • Manage incoming calls
  • Chase up deliveries
  • Data Entry
  • Monitor office supplies
  • Preparation of parcel documentations
  • Booking UK and oversea travel
