THE COMPANY
A small independent consultancy with offices in London. As Chartered Quantity Surveyors, they provide full cost, procurement and project management services which are essential for ensuring success across the wide range of sectors they cover. They pride themselves on having employees that are highly skilled, have a great attitude, and are enthusiastic and committed.
At present, they are seeking a talented Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis in their London office.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will be working closely with Partners across a wide company portfolio throughout the private and public sectors, covering a wide range of work such as educational, residential, offices, health and retail.
This role will suit a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with between 3-6 years of experience, who is looking to join a small practise that offers fantastic career progression and retention of staff.
Our client is offering a highly competitive salary from £40,000 – £50,000 as well as benefits.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Relevant bachelor’s degree
• Hold chartered status with a relevant institution (RICS or equivalent) or have 12 months or less left on APC.
• Building/Construction experience
