Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Then reach out! Kingston Barnes is now recruiting for an exciting position as an Export Customer Service Executive for one of our clients in the Solihull area.
The Company:
A successful and secure manufacturer supplying their products to the medical industry. Their bespoke and specialist product portfolio has allowed their clients to be more efficient in their processes and as a result, has saved lives in the long run. Due to increasing demand, this company is looking to grow its team.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactive and reactive customer service and sales communications
- Process orders with high levels of accuracy
- Produce all necessary export documentation ready for export (i.e. commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin)
- Be the first point of contact and effectively build rapport and maintain relationships with customers and partners
- Supporting the UK customer service team (i.e. order processing and enquiries) as and when required
- Tracking and managing order statuses, providing regular updates to customers and wider team
- Handling high volumes of calls
- Email management
- Complaint handling and resolution
