The Company:
A leading manufacturer in the FMCG industry, supplying their products to multiple supermarkets. The Role:
You will be responsible to carry out routine reactive and planned maintenance and across hi-tech equipment and systems. You also will be expected to resolve any process issues that may arise and cannot be solved by the operators or need special technical assistance.
You will be required to undertake electrical and mechanical maintenance on production machinery to ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing process, in a cost-effective and timely manner whilst meeting Health and Safety standards.
Requirements:
Open on qualifications, any of the following will prove beneficial –
- Mechanical or Electrical apprenticeship, NVQ, BTEC Level 3 or similar/Engineering qualification or experience within a relevant Engineering discipline.
- Mechanical, Electrical or Multi Skilled Maintenance background.
- FMCG, manufacturing, marine, forces, military background also very acceptable.
Package:
- Salary: £44,500.
- 5 on shift (1 x TL and 4 x Shift Engineer Technicians).
- 24 days Holiday.
- Long Service Awards.
