Then reach out! Kingston Barnes is now recruiting for an exciting position as a Customer Service Executive for one of our clients in the Solihull area.

The Company:

A successful and secure manufacturer supplying their products to the medical industry. Their bespoke and specialist product portfolio has allowed their clients to be more efficient in their processes and as a result, has saved lives in the long run. Due to increasing demand, this company is looking to grow its team.

The Role:

The purpose of the role is to deliver excellent customer service and be responsible for looking after customers. Responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service and sales communications
  • Process Orders
  • Amend and update customer orders as and when required
  • Supporting the Customer Service Manager
  • Email management
  • Complaint handling and resolution
  • Any other reasonable requests related to the job


  • Totally customer focused
  • Experienced in customer service
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with email management
  • Experience with order processing/dealing with orders
  • MS Office proficient
  • Educated to GCSE level
