Then reach out! Kingston Barnes is now recruiting for an exciting position as a Customer Service Executive for one of our clients in the Solihull area.
The Company:
A successful and secure manufacturer supplying their products to the medical industry. Their bespoke and specialist product portfolio has allowed their clients to be more efficient in their processes and as a result, has saved lives in the long run. Due to increasing demand, this company is looking to grow its team.
The Role:
The purpose of the role is to deliver excellent customer service and be responsible for looking after customers. Responsibilities include:
- Customer Service and sales communications
- Process Orders
- Amend and update customer orders as and when required
- Supporting the Customer Service Manager
- Email management
- Complaint handling and resolution
- Any other reasonable requests related to the job
Requirements:
- Totally customer focused
- Experienced in customer service
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with email management
- Experience with order processing/dealing with orders
- MS Office proficient
- Educated to GCSE level
