Our well- established client based in Avonmouth (BS11) is offering a great opportunity for an administrative candidate to join their team.
The Opportunity:
- You will join their busy office helping liaise with clients and help to organise their administrative tasks
- Full support and training will be provided for the right candidate
- The company is looking for someone who is very comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel being fully understanding of the formulas and functions of both software’s.
- It is also expected to possess customer service experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a self-motivated individual who can manage their own workload, be able to organize and prioritize work in a high-pressure environment.
Duties:
– Liaising with the depots
– Processing timesheets
– Handling paperwork and filing/storing correctly
– Taking information from customer consignments and inputting this into excel
– Dealing with drivers and the Transport team, helping to ensure all daily tasks are complete
-Processing manual orders, booking planned collections and deliveries
£11 per hour, Monday to Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm
