Condition Monitoring Engineer in Bristol

The successful Condition Monitoring or Reliability Engineer will receive support and development which will provide you with an excellent opportunity to further yourself and progress your career within a continually expanding business.
·Compliance with Health, Safety, Environment and Quality standards.
·Collection and analysis of Vibration, temperature and ultrasonic readings.
·Collection and analysis of oil sampling.
·Detection and analysis of air leaks.
·Preparation and issuing of CBM reports.
·Quantifying and tracking cost avoidance savings.
·Asset and analysis database/CMMS management and planning.
·Manage/update asset criticality registers.
·Assistance to close out CBM actions on site.
·Involvement on other CBM activities: Infra-red Thermography, Gas leak surveys
·Project involvement – advise project managers during development phase on potential CBM equipment input for new projects.
·Participating in RCA sessions such as the EWO/8D process.
Skills, qualifications & experience
Open on qualifications, any of the following will prove beneficial –
·Condition Monitoring or Predictive Maintenance experience/ Reliability
·Worked within manufacturing ideally or similar, not necessarily
·Experience with a CMMS system ideal, not essential
·Engineering qualification ideal, not essential
·VCAT 1 VAT Training qualification
