The ISO (International Standards Organisation) is an independent, non-governmental, international organisation who promote worldwide proprietary, industrial and commercial standards. Specifically, the ISO 9001:2015 standard is an international recognition given to organisations who implement a rigorous and effective quality management system.
In order to achieve the ISO 9001:2015 certification, Kingston Barnes has met the requirements set out in and have been audited by World Certification Services in accordance with the 9001 standard.
Currently, only 40,000 UK businesses hold the ISO 9001:2015 certification. As an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, we can ensure we are able to meet the needs of not only our existing customers but all new & future prospective customers by delivering an excellent level of customer service, implementing an effective quality management system and delivering an exceptional standard of goods and services.
