2018 CHRISTMAS CELEBRATIONS
Kingston Barnes have finished 2018 on a high and were lucky enough to have a fantastic night of festivities to celebrate our achievements.
Our evening started with cocktails at the glamorous Red Light bar, and continued with plenty of champagne and a beautiful Christmas meal at Hotel du vin – it was a wonderful way to end the year. We’d like to say a big thank you to our hosts for looking after us so well.
During dinner we had the Kingston Barnes Awards and the categories were:
Team of the Year
Consultant of the Year
Resourcer of the Year
Top Performer
Best Newcomer
Most Improved
Outstanding Effort
A huge congratulations to the award winners. Their hard work over the past 12 months has stood out and been noticed. We believe that it is extremely important to award hard work and outstanding performances. It is the way to a successful and motivated team.
The last achievements of the night that were recognised were for our two annual incentives – the Over Achieving and Above and Beyond Bonus.
We had 3 extremely proud winners that walked away with bonuses from £1000 to £5000!
Chris Johnston was the elated recipient of a £5,000 cheque for hitting his Above and Beyond bonus and Daniel Crowley and Charles Orr were awarded with £1,000 cheques for hitting their Overachieving bonuses. Well done guys!
The night was a fantastic success and a wonderful was to end an incredible year.
