Kat is the Operations & Finance Manager for Kingston Barnes. Managing the Support team, she ensures that the business runs smoothly and efficiently. Kat is the operational support for the business ensuring payroll, credit control, quality and compliance is always excellent. Joining in 2017, Kat has been a pivotal part of the business and helped shape Kingston Barnes to achieve our business objectives and vision.

Anna is our Payroll Manager, responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring both accuracy and compliance with tax regulations. With over 10 years of experience, she recognizes the importance of her role and is committed to delivering exceptional service. Her expertise helps maintain efficient operations and strengthens relationships with both clients and candidates.

Chris has over 20 years’ experience in the construction recruitment industry and manages the M&E sector at Kingston Barnes. Chris is a firm believer that honesty and excellent customer service are the fundamental aspects of what an agency should provide.  Chris works with a variety of Electrical & Mechanical contractors recruiting white- and blue-collar construction staff throughout the UK.

Gemma will be heading the Construction Consulting Division for Kingston Barnes working alongside Kate. Her role includes problem solving, negotiation, planning and stakeholder management. Gemma will mainly be providing specialist knowledge to the client and candidate typically recruiting for Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor roles. Her passion and eagerness to learn ensures that she provides the best service.

Danny is the newest team member in the Construction & Property division, resourcing all roles on site for our busy trades & labour team. Danny’s aim is to build sincere, long-lasting relationships with both candidates and clients with an honest and transparent approach, always going that extra mile to ensure our clients can deliver.

Sam is a 180 Recruiter working at Kingston Barnes specialising in Engineering and Manufacturing. My role at Kingston Barnes consists of finding the best talent in the sector through various methods for our clients.  Sam prides himself on doing a job well and is all about the detail. Sam aims to offer an honest and quality service, and be the best Recruiter he can be.

Ben is our Senior Resourcer for the Engineering & Manufacturing team. His focus is making the right match the first-time ensuring longevity and satisfaction from my service. Ben’s specialities include: Recruitment of Technical and Engineering professionals from Technician and Engineer level to Senior Managers and Directors across all Engineering disciplines.

Erin has been in recruitment for two years and joined the KB team six months ago. As a Resourcer for the Engineering and Manufacturing team, she utilizes her headhunting skills and expertise in screening candidates to ensure both clients and candidates receive the best service possible.

Romana started in recruitment within the FMCG sector for a worldwide food company based in Bristol. she has moved to the SME sector and started recruiting for Industrial roles in the South West for manufacturers, packaging and logistics providers.  Romana is a qualified HR manager passionate about employee retention and quality of labour force, recognising that the best team is one that feels valued and respected.

Molly leads our Driving sector within our fast-paced, high achieving Industrial division.
