We’re in the people business
It all began over 10 years ago when James Kingston , Managing Director of Kingston Barnes had a vision.
After spending over a decade in construction recruitment he felt that there was a gap in the market for a consultancy that could set the new gold standard in recruitment. In an industry where profits can compromise quality, customer service feels superficial and recruitment was seen as just a process he found himself asking “how or why isn’t there a way to deliver an exceptional service as well as an enjoyable experience that delivers on all fronts?”
In 2013, after spending 12 years in construction recruitment Kingston Barnes was launched. The mission was to create a company that was passionate about delivering the best recruitment in the market, offering an unrivalled experience across every part of the recruitment journey for both clients and candidates – going above & beyond.
Kingston Barnes is a recruitment consultancy specialising in the Construction & Property, Manufacturing, Technical Engineering & Logistics industries. We provide market-leading permanent, temporary and contract recruitment services to our clients throughout the UK.
To us, there’s no such thing as a standard off-the-shelf bit of recruitment. Every job seeker and every client looking to hire is unique. We understand the importance of getting recruitment right for you and we’re passionate about delivering the perfect fit, whatever your recruitment needs.
