Site Manager job in Cornwall – My client is an independent award winning house building company who pride themselves on delivering quality homes. With a wide ranging portfolio they have a home for everyone ranging from one bedroom apartments through to detached executive homes. They have an experienced and skilled team from the purchasing of land to the constructing of the home through to the after sales care.

Their awards are testament to the attention to detail required in building a quality home. From the design, the products used in construction, the construction of the home and the customer care provided.

After a successful year with planning applications in Cornwall they have multiple new developments starting in Newquay, Falmouth & Truro. As a result they are looking for residential biased Site Managers to join them on a permanent basis in Cornwall. In order to be successful for an interview it is essential that you have a continuation of service with a developer working on volume unit developments, are extremely organised and can communicate well at all levels. Health and safety is paramount so you will also be required to hold certificates including CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work & Scaffold Awareness. You will be familiar with timber frame & traditional build homes, and be able to complete developments to budget & programme. My client are a key player in the South West with a solid reputation and have a generous salary/package on offer for this role.
