Overview of Role:
Building Surveyor job in Bristol – We are currently working with a limited partnership that seeks to grow their ‘Building Surveying’ team. Our client operates around the world with thirteen offices in the UK. Their Bristol office is recruiting a Building Surveyor who is working towards their RICS accreditation to join their seventeen strong, client focused team.
This role is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to prove themselves in a rapidly growing company. Our client has a wide variety of projects they work on including education, health, residential and much more. They recently have been selected by a leading government body to support a major project in the local Bristol area.
Key responsibilities include complying with established procurement, commercial, contractual strategies and to take personal responsibility for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards. Along with carrying out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures
The ideal candidate will be working towards their accreditation for ‘The Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors.’ They will also have a positive proactive approach to the role and will be committed to delivering excellent customer service, and delivering positive results.
