I am the Office and Payroll Manager at Kingston Barnes. My key responsibilities are to control our accounts and finance operations. Overseeing payroll and compliance to ensure that all our workers are paid on a weekly basis and are fully compliant. Day to day duties include processing PAYE workers and ensuring that our company accounts are in order, paying suppliers and monitoring incoming payments. Further business operations responsibilities include internal and external auditing and accreditations.
My background also lies within the Finance and Admin sector. My previous roles have included, 11 years in a technical support role for a pension provider, an accountant’s assistance for a country hotel in Bath and an administration/personal assistant role for an air defence company.
