Chris Hallum

Heading up the Electrical and Mechanical Division, I am a Principal Consultant. I joined the company in 2017 to set up this division working in tandem to the established and successful Construction Trades and Labour Division.

My specialism is working with M&E Contractors, supporting their recruitment for key people within the industry. This will range from Electrical Mates/Labourers to Electricians and Plumbers, up to M&E Project or Contract Managers both on a temporary or permanent basis.

I have more than 20 years’ experience within this sector, and during my career as a Consultant I have gained a wealth of experience as wells becoming skilled in customer service, business development, managing and recruiting. I have learnt over the years that honesty and service are the most important aspects that an agency should provide. These are the fundamentals of the way I operate and also a key reason of why I joined Kingston Barnes.

Dan Peace

I am a Senior Consultant working in the engineering and manufacturing sector, recruiting for a wide range of engineering disciplines from maintenance and manufacturing to design and quality.

On a day to day basis I help SME manufacturing establishments recruit engineers into their teams, to keep up with their production levels, and also improve their engineering processes.

Since joining Kingston Barnes in 2016, I have progressed through the ranks from entry level resourcer, to the Senior position I am in today.  As my journey at Kingston Barnes continues, I find myself a pivotal part of the engineering and manufacturing team, building client relationships and finding the best candidates on the market for my clients.

I joined Kingston Barnes as an Apprentice in March 2019 working as a Resourcer in the Freelance division, I recruit for temporary trades, labour and manager roles within the construction sector. I had previously carried out work experience at Kingston Barnes in 2017 when I was 15 years old, I thoroughly enjoyed my time and it gave me a great insight in to the world of recruitment and showed me it was a career I wanted to pursue. I also come from a family who have worked in construction.

Since returning in March 2019 I have built great relationships with the team and candidates. With the excellent training I receive here at Kingston Barnes, I look forward to a long and successful career.
