The Company:

A leading manufacturer in the FMCG industry. Building a great reputation through the quality of their products and growing across the UK, this company is looking to expand their team.

The Role:

You will be responsible to carry out routine reactive and planned maintenance across the site. This role requires an individual who is used to dealing in a fast-paced environment and can perform under pressure. You will need knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes and valves.

The Candidate:

The candidate ideally should have experience working within a FMCG manufacturing environment and must have practical experience with Hydraulics and Pneumatics. The candidate also should have experience as a Maintenance Engineer or Fitter, ideally some electrical knowledge and a background in repairing process equipment, conveyors, plant machinery or similar. This candidate must be willing to learn and have a good attitude towards work.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical / Multi Skilled Apprenticeship (Ideally but not limited by)
  • Demonstratable experience with Hydraulic and Pneumatic
  • FMCG manufacturing background
  • Ability to work alone or in a team

THE COMPANY

A leading food production company with an established reputation in the food industry.

At present, they are seeking a number of food production operatives to join them on an ongoing basis, with a potential opportunity to join them as a permanent member of staff.


THE OPPORTUNITY

Operating from their depot in East Bristol you will be required to work on a production line, working around 8-10 hours per day depending on production levels, Monday to Friday.

In return, our client is offering an hourly rate of £9.20ph plus the opportunity to work more hours each week if this is something that you desire.

The Company: A successful specialist company working in an industrial manufacturing process for a growing business. The team of Engineers produce specialist products and work with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, this role will be tailored to someone used to working in a physically challenging environment.

The Role: You will be required to ensure the smooth production of the product and operation of machinery. You also will be expected to resolve any process issues, reactive and pre planned, mechanical fault finding on machinery and equipment that may arise. You will be expected to have knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, basic welding, bolts and conveyor maintenance.

The Requirements:

  • Mechanical Maintenance background is essential
  • Manufacturing, industrial maintenance or fitter background is essential
  • Welding experience useful
  • Engineering apprenticeship trained or similar, ideally HNC qualified
  • Happy working a rotating shift pattern
  • Used to working in a continuous manufacturing process or similar

The Company: A High-end supplier in their industry, the company operates primarily to ensure the best quality of their products whilst maintaining great customer service and providing tailor made products for consumers. The Role: You will be working in a manufacturing facility where you will be required to provide electro-mechanical pre-planned and reactive maintenance across all company equipment. This will be a very hands-on and you will be expected to show a visible leadership approach. This role will be between Engineering departments to provide a smooth and efficient service whilst ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Candidate:
