Site Manager Job in Bristol: My Client are one of the most trusted, experienced and accomplished fit out contractors with the skills, capacity and resources to deliver results nationwide, last year turning over an impressive £53 million. They serve a broad range of clients to include: hotels, restaurants, pubs and bars, offices and banks, whilst retaining a strong representation in the retail and food clothing sectors.

They work on a national basis providing full UK coverage, they’ve established a reputation for excellence throughout the sectors they serve and are renowned for reliable, accurate fulfilment and delivery to project deadlines. They currently employ more than 100 people in a variety of full-time roles that encompasses their offices and workshop facilities at their Bristol headquarters.

My Client are looking for a confident, take charge individual with the ability to oversee projects to a strict deadline. You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the retail or refurbishment sectors, with a background in carpentry.

This position may involve staying away from home on occasions someone knowledgeable in the use of IT, predominantly Excel.

PROJECT MANAGER JOB IN BRISTOL Kingston Barnes are working with a privately owned contractor who provide all forms of construction from New Build, Extensions to Refurbishments, they specialise in working in live environments, minimising disruption to clients activities whilst maximising the change to layout, appearance and associated requirements. Their range of services covers complete stand-alone projects to national roll out schemes. They are regularly employed by a number of blue chip clients, covering retail, leisure, domestic, commercial insurance repair sectors under a range of partnership and framework agreements. Operating out of three regional offices provides their clients with good support to their site based teams over a large geographical area.

Due to an increase in workload they are looking for a Project Manager. This will be to run projects from pre construction stage, through to delivery and handover. You will be technically competent and have experience in delivering construction projects ranging in value from £1m-£5m. Projects are located within an hour of Bristol, however you will be required to travel to projects further afield on an ad hoc basis. Ideally you will have a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar position with a South West based Tier 1/Tier 2 contractor. Experience in both new build, refurbishment and retail would be preferable, along with a hard working, can do attitude.
In return, my client is looking to pay a market leading salary plus package.

They work on a national basis providing full UK coverage, they’ve established a reputation for excellence throughout the sectors they serve and are renowned for reliable, accurate fulfilment and delivery to project deadlines. They currently employ more than 100 people in a variety of full-time roles that encompasses their offices and workshop facilities at their Bristol headquarters.

Due to a succession of ongoing & recently awarded contracts they are looking for a Contracts Manager to join them. You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the retail or refurbishment sectors overseeing up to 5 projects at one time. Ideally you will have a background in carpentry and be a ‘delivery’ Manager in order to complete projects to tight deadlines.

My client has long standing relationships with existing clients so you must be confident in your own ability and have previously worked in a client facing role as a Contracts Manager. This position will require extensive travel nationwide so you must be prepared to stay away from home on occasions. It is essential that you are competent in the use of I.T, especially the use of Excel.
