It’s all kicking off! Kingston Barnes Charity Football Tournament – £1700 Raised!!
Kingston Barnes are delighted to announce a record-breaking £1688.85 raised at our charity five-a-side tournament! On a blisteringly hot Friday 12th July afternoon we hosted our annual charity football event to help raise funds for our partner charity – Above & Beyond. Our aim is to raise £15,000 to be able to purchase a much-needed state-of-the-art Incubator for St Michael’s Hospital in Bristol. This now takes our total to over £10,000 so with under £5000 to go we aim to purchase the incubator by Christmas 2019!

“What an amazing day it’s been! We are so pleased all round with the tournament. The weather was certainly on our side and made for a very hot afternoon of football. 16 teams supported us and took part in the event, and helped us raise more than we’ve ever raised before!
The final four teams who made the semi-final were Taylor Wimpey Bristol, Berkeley Square I.T, Willmott Dixon & Poplar Insulation. Poplar Insulation & Taylor Wimpey Bristol made it through to a nail biting final with Taylor Wimpey Bristol winning on penalties!
I would like to thank each and every person who volunteered their time and contributions towards our chosen charity ‘Above & Beyond’, we look forward to seeing you again next year!!”
