This role would be very well suited to an individual with previous experience of built environment Building Services and a technical qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Building Services is essential.
Reporting to the Facilities Director, the Technical Compliance Manager will play a key operational role to ensure all buildings are statutory compliant. The manager will work closely with the Hard and Soft FM Service Partner(s) to ensure that all statutory compliance is completed. You will possess strong leadership and customer service skills with a primary focus on internal and external stakeholders.
Annual salary up to £40,000 plus £4,800 Car Allowance, pension, mobile phone and more.
- NVQ 3 or city and guilds apprenticeship in a mechanical / electrical building services discipline
- Experience & a good working knowledge of HVAC plant and associated electrical equipment
- Statutory compliance knowledge
