Then get in touch!! Kingston Barnes are working with a National Highways Contractor who specialises in street lighting, traffic signs, technology, ICP and EV charging and are looking for a Senior Estimator to join the team.
THE ROLE:
You will be a senior member of the team responsible for determining the total cost of a construction project. You will become involved in projects covering everything from materials, labour, equipment hires, transport costs and everything in between. This position is fundamental to the business focusing on winning projects and achieving turnover and profitability. You will be involved in tender presentations; leadership and mentoring of junior estimators and play a key role in supporting the Manager to grow the team.
WHAT’S REQUIRED:
This is a new business with huge ambition, so they are looking to hire an Estimator who already has industry knowledge in street lighting, electrical works, motorway communications systems, and or road traffic signs. Plus, your good Knowledge of NEC 3 & 4 forms of contracts – Options A, B is going to be instrumental in the role.
