The Company
A Multi-award-winning property and construction consultancy which provide services across numerous sectors and have a portfolio which spans the globe. With offices established globally we have been appointed to recruit an ambitious Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their Bristol office on a permanent basis.
The Opportunity
The ideal candidate would be a proactive individual who can take responsibility for providing all core Quantity Surveying services on a number of interesting projects, for a number of clients across a variety of sectors.
This role will suit a candidate that is already chartered or within 12 months of being chartered.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £38,000 if the candidate is unchartered, or £40,000 – £50,000 for a chartered surveyor. As well as this, the excellent package includes a car allowance, private medical insurance, pension contribution, life assurance and performance related bonuses.
Key Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline
- MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body (or within 12 months of being chartered)
- Experience of providing procurement advice, tender documentation and post contract services
- Ability to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner
