The Opportunity:
In this diverse new role you will be a core component in delivering excellence to the organizations clients across a broad range of sectors. You will be supporting clients within the public sector from healthcare and housing associations to local governments and private sector clients from private homes to large private developments. You will work across the project lifespan at varying stages providing your expertise and guidance to achieve value for money and realize client’s vision within agreed time frames. You will carry out all traditional Quantity Surveying duties alongside project managing and contract administering. Within this role you can expect to work across projects valued from £500k – £5m+ but with an excellent reputation in the market this organization has exciting new projects TBC and is part of the reason they need an experienced individual like yourself to join!
The Requirements:
The desired candidate will demonstrate initiative, a high quality of knowledge in regard to construction and the aforementioned sectors, and be able to deliver advice to clients confidently.
- It is beneficial to your application if you are a member of the RICS or are working towards chartered status.
- You will hold a quantity surveying qualification/degree.
- You will have 3 – 5 years relevant professional experience within a construction consultancy.
- Well organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service, communication and client/external interface skills

- Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 dependent on experience.
