The Role:
You will be joining a innovative and effective team within their Bath office, currently operating in commercial, education and leisure sectors. You will pro-actively liaise with clients and provide creative solutions to ensure every project produces the best financial results. You will provide quantity surveying services on multiple projects where you will be involved in creating financial management frameworks and contract management.
What’s Required:
- You must be qualified with a relevant university degree and RICS accredited
- MRICS or working towards MRICS is essential.
- Preferably from a PQS background.
- A driving license is required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Intuitive and a creative problem solver.
