They have an enviable reputation as one of the leading Project Management teams in the Bristol area, highlighted by the volume of repeat business they receive from key clients. They believe in creating a true partnership with their clients internal teams and are trusted with taking the lead on a wide variety of projects.

They have appointed us exclusively to identify a talented Project Manager to join their team in Bristol with a focus on delivering schemes within the healthcare sector. Initially you will be working closely with one key client delivering multiple smaller refurbishment and fit out projects across their estate in both clinical and non-clinical settings.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The ideal candidate will be working in a similar role with a leading construction consultancy, ideally with around 2 – 4 years of experience specifically within the healthcare sector with a strong preference for NHS experience. However they are also welcoming applications from strong candidates with experience within the public sector or highly regulated environments.

This role will ideally suit an experienced Project Manager, from a consultancy background, who is keen to progress their career, alternatively you could currently be working as a Building Surveyor or as a Site/Project Manager for a main contractor, and be keen to move in to Project Management.

In return, our client is offering a highly competitive salary from £30,000 – £45,000 plus an extensive and flexible benefits package which includes; private medical insurance, contributory pension scheme etc.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
  • Minimum of 2 – 4 years Project Management experience
  • Demonstrable experience delivering construction projects within a healthcare setting.
  • Hold or be working towards chartered status with a relevant institution (CIOB, APM, RICS etc.)

This should include working with both the ESFA and local authorities, however if you have only worked with one of these types of client then that would be acceptable.

This role will ideally suit a relatively experienced Project Manager, however you could also be a talented and driven Assistant Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career.

In return, our client is offering a highly competitive salary from £34,000 – £40,000 plus an extensive and flexible benefits package which includes; car allowance, private medical insurance, contributory pension scheme etc.
